After downloading a few free CC mods, i couldnt change the load order anymore on the NMM. Nexus was already throwing NMM in to bin at that point. Problems became notable after ESL update. NMM has several issues, but not everyone sees them all the time. They no longer provide load link for NMM either. It was officially replaced by Vortex few weeks ago.
